So, what's Lana's salary?

A commission on every sale
Lana works on commission. On every Lana sale, we take 12%, 10% or 8%. On every sale by your chatters, 4%, 3% or 2%. The rate depends on your agency's total monthly net sales, all accounts together.

Licences and packs
One licence runs one Telegram account for 30 days: $19 one by one, or less by pack. Unused licences never expire, and moving a licence to another account keeps the days left on it.

What counts as a net sale
What the fan actually paid, minus Telegram's share of Stars, processor fees and refunds. A refund confirmed within 7 days of the sale gives you the share back and lowers the monthly counter; after 7 days the share stays.
Lana's share vs your team's
Who sent the paid offer decides. Sent by Lana: 12%, 10%, then 8%. Sent by a teammate from Live Convs or by a script step: 4%, 3%, then 2%. Both run on the same monthly counter, all accounts together, reset on the 1st.
Prepaid balance
You top up in USDT or USDC, minimum $25. Licences and the share are taken from it; we never charge a card or wallet without a top-up you start. Unused balance is refunded through support, on request within 30 days of the top-up, less any network or processor fee.
Never billed
No seats, no setup, no contract, no minimum term. No fee on subscriptions sold outside the chat, on tips with no earlier message in the conversation, or on sales made on tools not connected to LanaChat. Fans' messages cost nothing.

What is Lana?
Lana is the AI that chats with your creators' fans on Telegram, in each creator's voice, and sells her content at your price. LanaChat is the product around her: the console where you and your team run every account.
What does Lana do on her own, and what stays with my team?
Lana answers every fan, day and night, follows the scripts you wrote and sends the paid offers at your prices. What is sold, at what price and in what order stays your call: you set it once per creator, and Lana never steps outside it.
Will Lana sound like my creator, in every language?
Yes. You describe each creator once, how she talks, what she likes, what she never says, and Lana writes in that voice. She replies in the language each fan writes in, and your team can read any conversation translated in Live Convs.
Can my chatters take over a conversation?
Yes, any time: switch Lana off for that conversation, reply from Live Convs, switch her back on when you are done. Lana never gives a discount, only a person on your team can change a price.
Who receives the fans' money?
Your agency does. Fans pay in Telegram Stars on the creator's bot or through your own payment links (FanGate, Dropp Fans and more), so the money lands on your accounts. LanaChat never receives or holds fan money: our share is only taken from your prepaid balance.
What does it cost, and is there a contract?

Is it safe for my Telegram accounts?
Yes. Lana works through Telegram's official API, so your accounts run exactly as Telegram intends. LanaChat caps every account at about 2,000 messages an hour, well below the pace that draws attention, and slows an account as it nears that cap, because paused chatting means lost sales. Spam, bulk unsolicited messages and bought contact lists are not allowed, and minors are banned outright: no one under 18 in any content, conversation or persona.
Is my data safe, and who sees what?
Each teammate signs in with a personal access key you can revoke, and their role (owner, manager, chatter or one of your own) decides which creators and conversations they see. Bot tokens, API keys and the whole Vault are encrypted at rest and in transit. Your data is used privately, inside LanaChat only, to improve our models and give every agency a better service.
